brought second hand WM8650

Hi All.
I was wondering if any one can help, I brought a second hand Tablet WM8650 and it has Android 2.2 but I cant get any good app for it.
How do I upgrade to Android 4.0 or get Google play to let me have apps

Also I need step by step instructions. Do I download direct to tablet of to a USB memory stick or TF card since I cant conntect to my PC.

Check through some of the links in my sig. One will show you how to get the market on your stock ROM. I would suggest upgrading to Uberoid. Android 4.0 won't work on these tablets.
