Browser flashing anyone?

Has anyone else seen occasional browser flashing of portions of the web page on the stock browser?

I grabbed this shot with my nexus one of the Acer browser throwing a coniption.

I have noticed some sites like that.. Not as bad though.. might be like once and then it would fix. But what I have seen with it as that it like glitch's and all goes black and gray static like. I haven't seen it in awhile though so idk.
