Cannot do much at all no space

Hi I bought this
Zenithink C94 48gig quad core
Last November but I keep running out of space and had to delete most of the programs on it to keep it running and do updates, I really don,t think it has 48 gig how can I check that plz

Settings > Storage will tell you the amount of internal storage available. 48GB however isn't a standard number, and even if it were, the system takes up several GBs of the total.
