Can't dowload flash player on the Sylvania note pad 10.0"

I need help, technology has moved so fast and I guess I stayed behind. My two nephiew got a Sylvania pad and could not download games.
They asked for my help and here I am. I could not understand why we could not download games from the internet; until I found out that it was just like a phone and you need to download apps. Well I downloaded the Market app so they can download games now. Some of the games required flash player and when I try to download it it says that this phone those not support this application. So what can I do to download flash player. All the help will be greatly apreciated.

Have you tried downloading directly from Adobe?

Thank you for your reply. I tried that but it takes me back to the Market to download flashplayer 11 and it says your mobil phone is not compatible for this application. There are alot of games they can play with out it so that is ok. Thanks.
