It's not an app. It's a website. It sais it can't detect my webcam. Www.chatroulette.com

Do you have the most recent Flash installed? The site is virtually a Flash only site. Don't know about the camera part of it. Not all WEB sites even recognize many tablet cameras which could be a problem. Not even all apps see cameras on some tablets.
