Clip-On Style Ear-/Headphones With Microphone?

The only clip-on style stereo headphones I can find that also have a microphone, so they can be used for both listening to music and for phone conversations, are by Sennheiser and AirDrives. They're relatively expensive and I'm not reading good things about the sound quality, durability or usability of either.

Anything I'm missing?

I use this,Headset Hands Free 3.5mm Adapter + Microphone for Apple iPod Touch iTouch 1 2 3 iPhone 2 3g 3gS, so I can use any wired headphone set that I like.

Something wrong with bluetooth???? I use bluetooth Motorola S305's for my phone and tablet.
