CNM Touchpad9 Issues

i am having issues with the tablet quoted
it would not boot up just stayed on the log in screen
it was suggested i did a factory reset but when i did an error message appeared

E FAILED TO MOUNT DATA INVALID ARGUMENT

any ideas what i can do to solve this issue i am a novice in all things to do with tech.equipment
