Coby tablet won't connect to internet at all

Hello!!

So I bought a used Cody MID8024 android tablet and I used to be able to at least connect the tablet to the internet (can't download apps or music or anything else :-( ) but now the tab won't stay connected for wifi to connect. My iphone connects perfectly so I know it's not the wireless router. I just reset it back to factory settings and still nothing. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum

You could have a dozen devices connect but not the 13th so don't discount a router configuration as the issue, especially if that 13th device is Android. Follow the link in my signature for some suggestions on WiFi connection issues.
