Connecting...

Hello everyone. I've tried to figure this out but I'm coming up short! My tablet is trying to connect to my wifi. It said its "connecting" but it never connects. I've tried reseting my router, I've done a factory reset to the tablet itself. I have another tablet that connects fine with no problem, but it's broken hence why I'm using this other one. Both tablets are the same, but I can not get this one to connect. Any tips?? It's been saying "connecting..." for the last 2 hours! theres no way it takes that long to connect!

Welcome to the forum

With a factory reset it certainly should have made it work. I would try a public hotspot to rule out a hardware issue. I also have some other suggestions in a link in my signature.

i hope its not a hardware issue. I will visit my mother and hopefully her WiFi will work. We don't really have any public hotspots around my neck of the woods!! thanks
