Custom ROM on Bauhn AMID-971R

Hi all, I'm trying to find out if I can put a custom ROM such as CyanogenMod on my Bauhn AMID-971R. Google hasn't been much help and it is not listed on the CM website. Will one of the other device ROMs work? Has anyone else actually done this?

i have been trying to find a rom for my amid-972xs for some time without any luck. I have tried installing cm7 from rom manager but get the error ,device not listed above.

has anyone else had any luck?
