Google play would be nice to have on my d2 also. I went D2 PAD and it states to download apps from Mobile1 Market which is an app pre-installed on the d2. Every app I have tried to install from Mobile 1 via wifi says install unsuccessful. So I hooked it to my PC and Windows can't find driver software if there is any driver software to be found. ( Yes I am computer illiterate ) So quit that and tried to download a YouTube app from Mobile 1 via my PC. Wants me to install file extension .apk. Should I do that on my PC, so I can open the file and then transfer from PC to d2pad?

Can anyone tell me what it means when you go to download from Google play and a box comes up saying "error invalid file ???" What does this mean? I'm desperate for some help on how to fix this?

You need to clear data and cache on playstore app then reboot, got into settings, apps find playstore delete data and cache, reboot and the start playstore, you should now be able to download.
