I like Advanced Tools, available at the Play Store.

For Wifi, there's Wifi Analyzer.

For internet speed, try Speed Test.

For system CPU monitoring, Watchdog is excellent.

LanDroid is a great set of network diagnostic tools.

...and don't forget DiskUsage to analyze your storage...

Welcome ssuescott, what is it you are trying to diagnose? There are plenty of threads in the Vizio Tablets section dealing with all sorts of VTab issues. You may want to read through there to see if a specific issue you are experiencing is already covered.

I will add a few that let you know what's going on under the hood.
CPU Spy
OS Monitor
System Tuner
Kii Discovery
Sandisk Memory (lets you space available on almost all your cloud storage)

I also agree with the previous post re: Disk Usage. It takes some time to dig but you get a ton of info about what is taking up space.

aLogcat - tells you what your apps are logging, and what Android is doing on your device, in real-time. Sampling of what I discovered about my DroidX: http://www.droidforums.net/forum/showthread.php?t=126479

I also like SeePU - it shows a dynamic meter in an icon for CPU, memory and network use. Kinda like the Windows Task Manager's CPU/Performance meter.

Run PassMark or AnTuTu benchmark tests - they'll give your device a real workout ;)

And Netflix from the Market. If that works, you've got a decent device.
