Dragon touch tablet

"I have a dragon touch tablet and every time the battery runs out, everything is erased, and we need to reload every app, sign in our google account, etc.. like it is new and we just bought it. What can I do?"

First tome I have heard of that problem. What happens if you don't run out of battery but turn it off then later turns it back on? Loss of battery alone should not wipe the tablet.

It is better to ask professionals to help go to a service center because this problem seems to be serious. I had something alike with my Toshiba in one day I simply can not find anything it like deleted all information they told me I caught very serious virus
