Dreambook W7 No service Signal Problem

Hello. Recently I bought a Dreambook W7. But I have a big problem.
I can see the name of Carrier Network but next to it I always get the message "No Service"

And the intensity signal icon is always with a "X"

Example: (No service) - TELCEL (by the way here in Mexico "TELCEL" is the principal carrier)

I can not make phone calls, no 3G.

I have tried with *#*#4636#*#* phone information.
GSM Service: Emergency calls only
GPRS: Disconnected
GSM Disconnects: DATA. State: DcInactiveState
fails because No error

I've changed CDMA, GSM/CDMA etc.

I have tried to search Available networks too. Select automatically. Nothing.
