Epad WM8650 Bricked :( Need help

I have somehow managed to get my tablet bricked. Now nothing will work, switch it on and only get black screen. I have tried to update the Rom using the ROM changer but it always seems to stick on "updating ROM".Need help i have been trying and trying but for some reason i am getting no where. Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong, I must have missed something but cannot find out what. The tablet is 7" Epad Wondermedia WM8650, green/red LED, WiFi and 3G, vibrate, Android 2.2, Kernel 2.6.32, Build Number V 1.2.3I need to find out how and what what firmware/ROM to put on to get this thing back up and running.
