Error message

I have recently brought apad v3 flytouch And an error message showing "the process android.process.acre has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again". This keeps on coming and I can't use the tablet. I have tried reset but of no use. It seems that there is no provision for factory set up. Any one with similar problem?

Yes, just bought mine in Feb. 2012 and have the same problem. Did you find a solution?
