Fair Price for used AT&T Galaxy S II ?????

I have just replaced my AT&T galaxy S II with Galaxy Note. I'm thinking of selling out the my phone.I found a site providing used phone price reference, movaluate.com, says '$261.00'. It seems like reasonable. Any idea or suggestion? Based on Craigslist, it is over $300 but even I don't agree with the price.
