It would appear that Adobe does not have Flash in the Amazon Appstore.
The Play Store is what Google is calling their app market. It used to be "Market" but now it is an app called "Play Store"

Do you have the "Market" app?
If so, that will become the Play Store app after you open it once.
If not, check out AppBrain. You will need to install the app (link: http://www.appbrain.com/app/appbrain-app-market/com.appspot.swisscodemonkeys.apps) and then Flash is available here: http://www.appbrain.com/app/adobe-flash-player-11/com.adobe.flashplayer. You may need to sign up for an account to be able to download. I have not used AppBrain myself, but I know a lot of folks who have.

Thnx again this time when i try to download dat its saying....webpage not available ,and dis was an error i got
before when i tried to download flash before or certain apps,do i need to update someting on my device first
or can i download dis on my laptop an transfer it to an sdcard an install it
