Floating Apps not included in KK update?

I've heard that when 2012 Notes 10.1 (N8010 - N8013) get the (official) 4.4 KitKat update they no longer have floating (windows) apps (just split-screen) nor does air view work anymore.

Can anyone confirm this?

This may make me stay with JB.

I didn't think the 2012 notes would get any update to Kitkat.

I am not keen for other reasons. External SDCARD access is removed.

So I don't think I'll be getting it.
