flytouch superpad 7 booting problem

hi im darren i got a lil problem im looking for original firmware for my flytouch7 /superpad vii i got it on ebay here is the exact item number 130742315863
it is stuck on the boot screen i would be very grateful if someone could help me find it

BC1003... is that supposed to be a model number?
