Golbal Data Tablet?

Is there any anyone that makes a tablet that can be used on a data network in the US as well as a data network in the UK and/or France. I have no problem switching out SIM cards if thats all that is required to make something like this work.

There probably is, but you might find a global MiFi hotspot a little easier.

yeah i looked into that but it is about $18 a day plus the cost of local SIM cards, if possible, i would just like to pay a one time price for a global tablet and then deal with the sim cards in each country. I need to buy a new tablet anyways and was hoping that with all my travels I would just be able to take one tablet and not a laptop. Thanks for the idea though.
