GT90H - How to Change Browser

When i use the search web (via globe/world icon) i get www.baidu.com, which is in an oriental script. Can i change to another instead of using baidu, or change the script into english? If so then how? The tablet came like this new and sealed!!

You should be able to change the home screen in the browser settings menu, or you can download a different browser from the market.
