My apologie for having posted this in the wrong section. I just recently purchased 2 Haipad 712 tablets from what appeared to be a reputable seller at one of the stores in Shenzhen's electronics market. The tablet (made y Haier) seems to work fine accept that all of the built in apps are in Chinese and cant be deleted, google play store does not recognize the device and the device is unable to download anything from the internet. Im not sure what the problem could be and would thus appreciate any assistance that offers some advice and/or a solution. Thanks in advance.
