Hannspree Tablet

My tablet stopped working a few weeks ago. The help Hannspree help line is no help. The tablet won't boot passed the Hannspree logo. If I hold down the power & volume button I just get a lot of Chinese writing. Any suggestions.

You've entered the device's recovery. According to the YouTube video below, the third menu item from the bottom should be the factory reset option. The menu item at the very bottom should be the reboot option.

Ok thanks for that. I have tried the bottom option which I think was the factory reboot option. Having chosen this option the tablet quickly flashed up 'entering factory reset mode' & then 'rebooting'. This all happened very quickly, less than a second, & then went into Hannspree boot up mode but then nothing other than the Hannspree logo. Any further ideas or suggestions?

Contact Hannspree, as this may not be fixable without a ROM package to install. They may have one you can download and use.
