No, and you most likely will not be able to find any firmware. Most manufacturers of tablets simply do not provide any firmware to restore one, and this even applies to name brands like Lenovo and Samsung. Samsung users are fortunate in that there are sites dedicated to just offering their firmware (e.g. sammobile.com) but these sites aren't owned by Samsung.
Unfortunately, if your tablet is bricked you don't have many options here. You can contact the company and see if they can send you a link to some firmware, but if they don't have it or can't provide it you're looking at getting a new tablet.
