You have a lot missing from your spec.
Do you want wifi?
Do you want capacitive?
Do you want support in your country?
Do you want USB to connect to PC or USB to connect to external devices(flash or hard drive).
Thre is a VERY big difference between 7/8" and 10.1 inch tablets.
If you want it for an internet PC this is very different from a tablet for portable use for book reading, movies games etc.
You haven't mentioned performance and this is critical. There are a number of cheap slow devices around - have a look at processor comparisons.
I waited about 4 months until the specification I wanted became available. Mine would not be suitable as I wanted a 7 inch screen for portability (fits in jeans or better still inside jacket pocket.
