Help I'm locked out of my tablet

My 10 year forgot her pattern password and the tablet is asking for her google login. We have entered her gmail and password 100 times and it wont unlock. I called google and they said it is not a goole problem but a manufacture problem. The manufacturer is from China and I can't get ahold of anyone there to help. Any ideas. I tried resetting it with a paperclip in the little hole on the side and it still brings up the same google login screen. Please help!

It would have worked on about the 5th try had the WiFi been on and connected. It would seem that was not the case, so your only option will be a factory reset.

You might try the suggestions from this link. Now the forum site linked to is an ASUS tablet site, but this is a basic Android feature so it should work.
