Help me out please Acer A700 :)

Hello,

I've had the Acer A700 for almost 8 months now and there is this one minor problem that's bugging me. Everytime I open a file whether it's a .doc or .pdf it leaves this INDEX thing behind. I tried deleting the INDEX but next time I open the file it shows up again. Is there a way to disable this? I provided screenshots below. Thanks

I'm going to take a really wild guess that the problem is or may be related to an app that you have installed. Possibly some kind of a search utility or file duplication finder or something along those lines.

Can't say I've seen that on my A700. What version of Android are you running?
