Help Me Please

1st thing is I'm sorry if this in in the wrong section

I have a Elonex Etouch 765et V2 running on android v2.3.1 it keeps rebooting after a few minutes been in touch with Tech Support and they said it needs updating but when I check system updates it always says "your system is up to date", but the guys at elonex said I can put Android ICS on but I cannot find where or how to get it. Any help would be really appreciated.....

Going by Elonex support site there does not appear to be an upgrade available to ICS4. There is a firmware SD upgrade however

I have tried it still does same still on Android 2.3.1 but thank you...
