Help my 7.7 is freezing and stock

hi guys, i need help. my 7.7 is freezing when im inserting my external sd card.

Turn off you tab and then put in the SD card

You can try to format it in your phone or PC, i did mine with the PC then put in the tablet some members format it to Fat32 but i used NTFS if the sd Still don't work then try your phone sd card in your tablet it could be the SD card it self/tablet.

let me know
