Help-My start up screen is stuck

HELP-My TC8902 tablet is stuck on the Android logo start-up screen. I was trying to re-boot, holding the menu button, and all I have got is the Android logo, and I can't get it to go any further or to even switch off. How do I get out of this?

Mine too! Ditto my sons, Time to send back, it's fried inside, this is happening to almost everyone who bought this type between November and March, I tried resetting, let it charge down & recharged, still stuck, won't go any further

Panic over. I just let the battery run down and when I started to re-charge it I was able to switch the tablet on. Perhaps I have just been lucky.
