I just got this in the mail...foolishly tried to update the fw and I keep getting stuck on "upgrading file-system"

Except it has a little headphone symbol next to headphone plug (which has a green insert not black) and a plug symbol next to power socket. Power light is blue and red when charging. Seller listed it as 256mb model but I can't confirm that at the moment. Any help would be appreciated.
