I need help i have a IDENTITY TAB E201U and i have a problem. I went to turn on my pad and it will not come on. The usb charging cord adapator is not charging it will not go comeplete into the tablet when insert before pluging ing the wall. Also the USB cable is not charging tablet. Do you think my battery is dead? But even if battery was dead wouldn't the adaptor still allow the pad to come on as long as it's plug into the wall?
