Help please with my orange dongle?

Please can you help me? I have just been given an MID Android tablet and I can't get it to connect to Orange using my dongle.It says the U disc is faulty and wont let me connect to E106x.Thanks for reading hope you can help me

You need to do is go straight to the doctor!!! At least that is what I would do if my dongle turned Orange! Sorry could not resist the low hanging fruit!.
