HELP restoring Gtablet

I am a newbie on tablets but I have some background on android cellphones, anyway my used tablet got stuck on blank screen and I tried to restore it unfortunately I was able to a certain point, It works but can't connect to Google play also if i turn it off it won't turn it on the only way It's if I nvflash it back in order to make it work, I tried to install clockworkmod but either I'm not doing it right or it's not working I NEED HELP !!! please
