Help! sd card stuck in tf slot

Hi everyone, i am new to this forum.
I just bought an neutab pro9 tablet, along with a 64gb micro sd card.
Before buying the sd card, i looked into the comparability for the neutab and it said that it was so, so i went ahead and bought the micro sd.
I had recieved them both from amazon on same day and upon opening tablet, i realized there was no sd slot, instead it said TF. I looked up what was a tf and i foumd it said that tf was just another name.for.sd and that micri sd card would fit.
So i plug in my 64gb microsd into the tf slot and it didnt register, didnt fit and got stuck.
I am.now trying.to figure out how i can get it out, any ideas?

I don't know what to tell you. Something isn't quite right but I can tell what. The slot may be bad. Is there a chance you tried to put it in backwards or upside down. If it seems like it didn't fit that's the only thing I can come up with. Have you tried needle nose tweezers?

Appears that a 32GB micro SD card is the max.
