Help to root, and then to return to stock.

So how would i root my Yuandao N80 (Window N80)? I understand something about using a superoneclick piece of software but thats about it.
Also, how would i return it to factory settings/ stock so I would theoretically be able to return the unit in warranty
I'm a complete newbie with this stuff, and i realise having such an obscure tablet does not help...
