help with charging

hey guys ive been reading some of the threads there is alot of useful information on here so thanks ahead of time. i just got one of these from the 1daysale deals thinking it would be a good device to start playing around with different roms and what not b4 they go on my phone. ive had it plugged in since last night, i played with it a little b4 i went to sleep and plugged it in. when i got up this morning i turned it on and after a few seconds it died. im just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with turning their tablet on because of charging issues. my guess is that because of poor build quality there is a bad connection in the actual port. let me know what you think, thanks again guys.

Ok was so excited last night that spent setting up flashback. Battery was almost dead, attached charger no red light, does not appear to be charging. Can this be flashback, or did I fubar again? Could it be a bad charger?
