help with headphones

recently, while watching the rocky horror picture show, my headphone jack stopped functioning properly. i,d like to take it apart to see what's wrong, but i don't know how to get it open. i even unscrewed it to see what the problem was, and the damn thing STILL won't come apart! can anyone help me figure this out? i think all that's wrong is the solder connecting the jack to the tablet is loose, but i need to be able to open it and look inside to see.

Hi Harleyryder1995 and welcome. Headphone jacks are mass produced items and opening one would likely destroy it. You can instead replace it with another from a suitable electronics store and also satisfy your curiosity by opening the damaged unit too. Good luck in your enterprises.
