How can I fix when the touch aspect of the touchscreen doesn’t work?

My tablet dropped down. but the screen isn’t damaged. However, now it doesn't work. What can I do to resolve this?

If the screen isn’t damaged, you may just have to charge your tablet. Sometimes, if the battery is low, the tablet won’t be able to run at its peak capability. Plugging the tablet in and letting it charge for a little while may let you use the touchscreen again.
