How do I find a user manual for my Android 2.2 Super Pad?

My tablet came with no instructions other than this: "for detailed operating instructions, please click 'file browser' on the main menu, select 'ROM', and then view the Users' Manual. I couldn't find any way to do that, and would like very much to read a users manual if one exists. I'm an experienced computer user (Mac mostly, but also PCs), but am not familiar with mobile devices and all the new tech toys. This is my first tablet, and I would like to learn more about it. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it!

Even though it's for a phone, it might be better than nothing. If anyone comes up with a user manual for the Android 2.2 SuperPad, I'd still like to download that as well.
