How to remove some pre-installed apps?

Can someone tell me how to remove Faceook and Twitter form S7 with 2.2.2. ?
Theese apps come witk rom and option for unistall them is not avaible.

If your tablet is rooted you can use Root Explorer, and I think ES File Explorer can now modify system files. I've talked to some people that have used system app remover as well.

Yes, I rooted the device. Thanks for advice, I will thake look of that apps ASAP.

You need to be root, installs titanium Bakup and uninstalls programs

What app do you recommend for oc? i would like to oc to 1 GHZ and keep automatic frequency.
