How to save WiFi setups when moving between different WiFi connections

This may sound incredibly stupid:
I move my Tablet S between multiple locations
Wheneiver I access a wifi connection, I have to enter in the password
When I switch to another location, I have to log into the new wifi connection and log in that password all over again [unlike a computer, which saves the location details]
Is there a way for the Tablet to save the various location setups so that I don't have to enter in the various passwords and setup details?

BTW:
I had called the Sony Tablet Help Desk. They had no answer. The lady on the other end said that you had to retype in your password each and every time, which sounded like the stupidest thing. So any help on which settings need to be changed would be appreciated

I do the same thing but only ever have to enter the password once and the tablet remembers it. There must be a setting to save the passwords.
