How to take apart a coby and inside youtube video

Found this video on youtube about taking apart a coby 8024 and its pretty cool. Shows how to take out the device micro sd and make a backup image of device and talks about using other cards. Not sure but would be nice to use my 16gig card as the main card. Going to wait till my warrentee is expired before trying any of this but would like to use a bigger memory card. Anywone have any knowlege on this?

make sure you don't try it on 7022/7127 as their onboard memory is flash memory. Wish it was an onboard sd card for those models :/

Thanks for stating that it do not work on a 7022 thats my current model would like a 7024 or better later on

How do you take the internal micro sd card out? I couldn't get it to unlock to remove. Any ideas? I have a coby 7024-4g. Hope to make is 7024-32gb..

Will this work with a MID1126? also if you install a bigger card, does that mean your built in storage is increased? so conceivably you could have up to 64gigs?
