This article shows you the easiest way to sync and transfer M4V encoded movies/TV shows/Music Videos from Mac iTunes to your Google Nexus 10 or Nexus 10 for playback without DRM restriction.

How to Convert, Transfer and Play iTunes movies on Google Nexus 10/Nexus 7
Step 1: Free downloaded the iTunes M4V Converter to your Mac, run the program and put in password for user account as it requires.

I found the file size and video quality is based more on bitrate than resolution which means itrate higher results in big file size, and lower visible quality loss.
Step 4: After above steps, just click "Convert" to start removing iTunes DRM protection and converting iTunes M4V to MP4 videos for Nexus 10/Nexus 7.
Once the process completes, download and transfer the DRM-free iTunes videos from Mac computer to your Nexus tablet via USB cable. Then you are free to enjoy and watch iTunes movies on Google Nexus 10 or Nexus 7 as you like.
