I am making phone calls 7022

I am making phone calls on my 7022 with groove ip app and google voice. This works pretty good except I cant use my contacts.
Ive tried many ways but cannot come up with anything that works. Any Ideas?

What is the problem exactly? Do you have Contacts.apk on your tablet? What doesn't work?

I cant or dont know how to access the factory contacts app . When i try to open contacts storage or reinstall it will not let me open or open from es file manager [app manager} I try to[ switch to] option message pops up [sorry cannot start this application] I am rooted and tryed google contacts sync signed but had no luck syncing.

ConatctsProvider.apk is only part of the app itself, you need a compatible (same version) of Contacts.apk, as you already have the Google sync apk installed.
