I can't get V-tok to work on Curtis 7029 tablet

I can't get V-tok to work on Curtis LT7029 tablet. After it tries to connect the screen just blacks out.
Do I need special program to make it work ?
Like from http://attachments.xda-developers.com/ ?
I got special file from Netflix and it worked when it didn't before.
