internal memory for huawei ideos 7

im using huawei ideos7,and i was confuse in the setting column under sd card and tablet(storage) my available space show 23mb.it doesnt show internal device storage.
everytime i want to install application from the internet it will show low on storage.can someone help me[TABLE="width: 500"]
