Internet Connection Problems With Asus Memo 10

Got an Asus Memo FHD 10 a couple of weeks ago. I have prepaid hotspot internet. Everything was going fine until today. I turned on my Asus and there was no internet connectivity even though wifi was on and hotspot device running fine. My Asus updated from 4.1 to 4.3 last week.

I assume you can turn WiFi on and off?
