I want to be able to utilize the chat and make voice calls via the GMail web app. Obviously everytime I go into GMail, I get the android optimized version. I want to either find a browser that will give me the ability to use the old version. Thank you.
You may be new, so keep in mind that you must try to be specific as possible and always include your make of tablet. I attempted to logon to gmail using Opera Mini and Firefox. Neither of those would work--so dont bother. I would have tried dolphin, but took it off since it wasnt doing what was needed either. You may wish to try this.

One thing to keep in mind is that with dolphin, you can go into settings and tell it to mimic a desktop instead of tablet or mobile. This may help. Make sure to try this out when using dolphin

Thank you for your help. I just tried Dolphin and it will allow me to access the old GMail but freezes with the Voice Call pop-up. Any other suggestions on how to do this?
